Our award winning French chef, Steve Longet, and his wife, Jessica, bring years of expertise to every dish, creating a dining experience that goes beyond just food—it's about bringing people together. Alongside them are Kimon and Judy Dafoulas, their dear friends and partners, who have owned restaurants in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Florida. With years of industry experience, they ensure that hospitality is always at the heart of everything they do.
