Longet serves up an extraordinary culinary experience combining the ground-breaking culinary artistry of an award-winning chef and his dedicated staff, in an upscale atmosphere designed to excite all of your senses.
Each plate is thoughtfully designed using the freshest ingredients sourced from local farms and purveyors. Our menu includes familiar favorites along with our own unique creations and seasonal specials.

Since 2016 the Longet family has fallen under the spell of Venice. The reputation of Café Longet was so great that we had no choice or desire to reopen a new establishment with the same name that all of Venice remembers as “LONGET”.
It would have been impossible for us to make our dream come true without Judy & Kimon D. our partners in this new adventure.
In a contemporary, chic and relaxed atmosphere, chef Steve Longet and his team will prepare a cuisine with French and Mediterranean influences with this very special twist of which the chef has the secret.
